Knew Marion back in the 50's. She was a gifted and talented artist then and obviously never lost her gift. She was always a pleasant person to associate with. A definite loss to N.B. and wherever she was known. Pauline

Mum 💗
I will miss you dearly.
I have many fond memories of you. I used to enjoy walking to woolco with you on a warm summer day. The soft breeze gently blowing our look alike dresses that you made as we walked and chatted.
I'll always treasure our times we had aunts and cousins over when we lived in Franklin Road. There was a lot of talking and giggling.
I cherish when I used to pose for a portrait you would be painting and I would get restless. You would say. Just a few more minute which would turn into another hour.
I love the Sunday's we would go to Hidden Valley with Aunt Dot and Aunt Bernice and our cousins. You would always pack egg salad sandwiches and orange pop. The kids would swim all day while you would lay in the sun to get tanned. Me and Rick would get so excited when you would come to the fence to watch us swim. We'd be fighting for your attention "look at me mum!, watch this!
I'll always appreciate the hard work you put into planning holidays. You always made them special for us.
I remember when you were here last and I played the song God be with you till we meet again on the piano. And you made me play it over and over again because you thought it was the most beautiful song in the world.
Your paintings were beautiful as you painted them all with your heart. You were very generous with them as you gave them to family members and charities as well
You are in the arms of Jesus now and everyone here misses you. You are loved and missed by everyone.
Me especially.
Thank you for all you did for me.
I could say much more, but my words would never give justice to our beautiful times we shared.
I love you mummy 🌹
God Be With You Til We Meet Again.
