I wish I could have attended the service today to celebrate Pat's life. She was a dear friend, we had many happy times together, and I will miss her greatly. She was such a kind, sweet person, always there for everyone. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very sad time and I pray God will comfort you. My Mom Charlotte Beamish and I offer our sincerest condolences to you and your families. It is with our deepest sadness that Patti passed away so quickly.
What wonderful memories we have of our younger years at the Beamish cottage on the 3rd Lake. My brother Bob and I spent many warm summer days "hanging out together" with your sister. And of course, when she moved to Burnsville, she continued to part of our summer lives. She undoubtedly was the sweetest, kindest person, she simply was the light of whatever we were doing, out boating, catching tadpoles or spending time with Grandpa Beamish. Mom mentioned the times our paths have crossed with all of the Beamish girls and of course your dear Mom Vi, whether at weddings or parties.
Take care, keep in touch when possible. The Beamish family from your Dad's cousin Lou, are all saddened and pray for strength over the next difficult time.

John & family ; We were so sorry to hear of Patty's passing , she fought a good fight ! She was a childhood friend that I hung around with and we saw each other from time to time over the years,. Just saw you & Patty at St. Joseph's blood bank in July I think. So Sorry the doctors could not help her better with her illness. Was recently talking on FB with Patty before she went into ICU. but we never forgot each other . She was always smiling and happy . May she rest in peace now with God . Patty was a great friend who I met in the early 80's at the Saint John Racquet Club. She was at the Community College then and was a force to contend with organizing events for NBCC and promoting memberships at the club. Occasionally she would come in later on Fridays to play racquetball with her dear friend and equally "crazy" Sylvia Rickett or with sister Cathy who she would sneak in for a nice sauna. Eventually the girls would emerge all cleaned up and looking good, ready for a night on the town, often at the 1880! A source of entertainment and great fun and every bit the wonderful, generous person so many have noted. No need to say, this is a sad day and she will be missed but memories such as this will always define her for me and for many others. Our condolences to her family and all her friends at this time.

John, I am deeply saddened to read of Pat's passing. I met Pat while attending a meeting in Rothesay in 2003. We became friends quickly and had remained so. She even attended our wedding.

Rick and I were so very saddened to hear of Patty's passing. Such a wonderful, kind, caring, sweet person. No matter what was going on, Patty was always the first one to ask "what can I do?" I can't believe it was only 6 months ago that she landed (with her equally amazing sisters) loaded down with food for Rick's surprise birthday party. Heaven has received a very special angel.
