Wendy, Jen,David and Cara,
I was shocked to hear of Brian's passing and am sorry that living far away makes it impossible to express my sympathy in person. My memories of my cousin goes back to childhood days. The Higgins family travelled from Halifax to spend each summer at the Horgan farm. These were magical times. Grandparents, aunts and uncles and cousins galore! We had a ball! In recent years we looked forward to attending the Horgan Family Reunions to reconnect. I just wanted you to know that I was thinking of you all during this sad and difficult time.

We would like to pass along our condolences to our Cousin Brian's family and Sister Wendy.
We just found out today of Brian's passing. We have fond memories of growing up together, when we would arrive from Halifax , for our summer with the family. We have also been able to keep in touch in recent years due to the family reunions, and learn of his many accomplishments.
Helen, Carle and Terry

Mr. Stafford was my homeroom and history teacher in my first year of SJHS. He made the transition to high school very easy for me. Always wore a smile, never without a laugh. That is how I will forever remember him. I recently had an opportunity to see him again after 30+ years and reintroduce myself. I am so thankful I did.

Our thoughts are with you from Guatemala City where Mike is coaching at the Pan Am Junior. His first ever at this tournament was with Brian, who introduced him to his love of badminton. There are so many fond memories from the St Peters years and the Saint John High years of Brian taking us anywhere and everywhere, being there for practises, religiously every Tuesday, Thursday & Friday night and Saturday morning until noon. Mike remembers walking with him to and from SJHS and St Peters and all the stories he used to tell. He opened up a world of experiences and opportunities for Mike and for this, we will always be full of gratitude. Wish we could be there to give you hugs. Love, Mike and Rolyne xoxo

Cara, David, Jeni and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Brian was my first Little League coach with the Cubs in North End Little League. Then I was lucky enough to have him as a baseball coach again with the SJHS Greyhounds. Brian was also my Law teacher in Grade 12. I remember our mock trials being hilarious.
My Condolences,
Aaron

Mr Stafford was my home room and history teacher in Grade 11, and Law in Grade 12! He had a profound impact on the choices I made for my life. I visited him often at SJHS for the first few years after I got in the military, he never changed, huge smile, always welcoming, and such a wonderful character.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family at this very difficult time! May you find comfort in the many lives he touched, and all the people who loved him!!! He was an amazing man!

So sorry to hear of your father's passing, I remember when he use to cut the Horgan golf course by himself with a push mower behind uncle Noel's house. The picture with the pipe is such a familiar site.
May he rest in peace.
