Allison was always very interested in the goings on in the Navy and with RCSCC #9 RODNEY.
He was very proud of all his 'Sailors', this was evident in your continued involvement with the Navy League long after your children moved on from being Cadets. My you take comfort knowing we share in your loss and strength from our prayers.

Mrs sheffar and my brothers and sisters I am at a loss for words now! Mere words can't sum up how you must be feeling right now. My only solace in this is now MR Sheffar (Allison) can watch over each and everyone of you from his rocking chair in the heavens.
There was a lot of love in that house when we were kids and it is a true testament of Allison as a father to have raised 4 great children who are all successful in their lives. If one thing out shined his being a father it would have to be being a husband.
He was a loving father and a devoted husband! some of my best memories were growing up being a part of your family. So Mrs sheffar, Brenda, Jamie, Terry, Alyson My heart goes out to each and everyone of you at this difficult time.
There is a void that has been left in our hearts the only consolation is that Allison is now in a much better place. God bless him and all he touched in his life he will be missed.
