Mr. Wayne Joseph Burke of Saint John, NB, husband of the late Debbie (Waddell) Burke, passed away unexpectedly on December 23, 2003. Born April 29, 1946 in Saint John he was the son of the late Alma (Hilton) (Thibodeau) and the late Anthony Burke and his step father Bernard Hilton.

He is survived by his two sons Greg (Sandi) of Moncton and their children Courtney, Jillian and Shyanne, and Kevin (Michelle) of Fredericton and their children Madison and Gracie. He is also survived by his sisters Julia Robertson (Bob), Darlene Cyr (Don) and Dianne Hilton, brother in laws Kevin Loat and Roy Crouse; and several nieces and nephews. Besides his wife, parents, and step father, he was predeceased by sisters Gloria Loat and Mary Crouse.

Wayne will be missed by the many people he worked with for the past 30 years at the Saint John Regional Hospital Oncology Department.
