My Dearest friend, We met at my first job, after arriving here in Canada from the uk. I knew no one, and there you appeared at every corner I turned and insisting I sit with you for lunch. (that was Theresa) There was an instant bond between us and we immediately became forever best friends. We went on so many adventures together, laughing all the way. I remember persuading you to go on a hike with me, you said "only if it was a short one". Knowing it was far from short, I took you anyway. We walked what seemed like hours and you was exhausted, you quickly forgave me and we laughed all the way home. (that was Theresa). I also remember when we went to a Halloween gathering, you dressed up as the Energizer bunny, (complements from Kmart) and me a pumpkin. Every time we looked at one and other, we burst out laughing. I shall never forget what we shared, the precious moments, laughs, chats and fun times we had together. We became inseparable for the longest time, I will always remember you wishing we had had more time together, wherever you are, keep laughing dear friend, gone to soon, love you

Was so sorry to learn of Theresa's passing in todays paper. I first knew Theresa from 1979- '82 when I worked at K-Mart East. Since then she would always stop and chat when ever I would be in Saint John and stopped into K-Mart then Zellers. The last time I had a chance to chat with her was just this past year as I waited in Oncology with my husband and she came and sat beside us and we had a great time getting caught up until my husband's name was called. She was always the same no matter what was going on around her. She always had that beautiful smile. My heart goes out to her family at this time. She will be missed. Sincere Condolences, Louise

My thoughts & prayers are with you all. It was such a shock to hear about Theresa's passing. Whenever I made it back to Saint John, I'd always try to say hello when I was at McAllister Place. So glad to have known her. She was such a wonderful woman & neighbour. She will be missed.
