Richard E. Wiggins

Richard E. Wiggins, loving husband of Constance Wiggins went to be with his Lord on Monday March 22, 2010 at his residence in Waterborough, NB. Born in Waterborough NB on November 22, 1918 he was the son of the late H. Earl and Jessie F. Wiggins. Richard was a veteran of World War II and was a member of the Saint John Fusiliers. Besides his loving wife Constance of 70 years, he is survived by one son R. David Wiggins (Dawn Greenwood) of Waterborough NB, two daughters Anne Coughey (Doug) of Guelph ON and Janice Fanjoy (Leonard) of Quispamsis; one sister Mary Hughes of Godfrey ON; four grandchildren Greg Coughey (Pam), Angela Jewell (Juan Carlos Taborda), Luke Coughey (Jennifer) and Tawnya Fanjoy (Ross Britton); five great grandchildren. Besides his parents he was predeceased by one brother Thomas V.S Wiggins.
