Myrtle Moore

The death of Myrtle Moore of the Rocmaura Nursing Home, formerly of 314 Duke Street occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Friday, March 15, 2002. Born in Saint John she was a daughter of the late Francis and Leona (Bowser) Cole. Myrtle had been employed for many years as a sales clerk with Zellers and Wyles Jewellery Store and she had also been employed with the Saint John Board of Trade. Myrtle was also a member of Trinity Anglican Church. She is survived by her daughter Deborah England of Saint John, brother Kenneth (Betty) of Westfield, sisters Margaret Sharp of Saint John, Jean Bradix (Herman) of San Francisco and Helen Jones (Ronald) of Montreal, grandson Thomas and several nieces and nephews as well as her great nephew Sterling Henry. Myrtle is predeceased by her sister Edith Puller and brother Francis. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) from where the service will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2002 at 2:30 pm followed by interment in Fernhill Cemetery. Visiting at the funeral home will take place on Sunday and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Donations to Rocmaura Nursing Home would be appreciated by the family.
