Mark Douglas Speight

With heavy hearts, the family of Mark Speight announces his sudden passing, which occurred at home on September 23rd, 2015. Mark was born on January 17th, 1964, to Leona (Bragdon) and Douglas Speight. He worked for Diamond Taxi, and Loyalist City Towing. When he was not working, Mark enjoyed fishing, golfing, and riding his motorcycle. Mark is survived by his loving wife, Jean Perry, sons Jamie Goguen and Wayne (Nipper) Perry, daughters Jennifer Smith of Sussex, Melissa Speight of Saint John, step-daughters Jessica Perry and Kayla Stewart (Jared), both of Saint John; Wendy Ferris of Sussex and Beverly Anne Smith of St. George, as well as special brother, Richard LeBlanc, sisters Marlene Speight (Danny Coats), Kristina Ducey (Allen), and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mark was pre-deceased by his brother-in-law, Roy Perry.

Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424), with visitation on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th at 2:00 p.m., from the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel.
