Dear Lorraine,Krista,Kerri and Kelli.It is with the deepest of sadness,and loss for your family,that I am sitting here writing this message,as I just heard of Dougs passing.As with Kerri being my high school sweetheart,there was only one Doug.He was a good and decent man,whose friendship meant a great deal to me.Lorraine,the recent reconnection after all these years,is something that I am truly grateful for.As you are aware,Doug and I hung out quite often,and whether it was changing the oil on the family car,working on the old Dodge in the garage,his helpful advise,his smile,or sharing a laugh,his genuine love for you and his 3 daughters,are memories I will always cherish.After all the pain and suffering he endured,may he rest in peace now.I will really miss him,as will many others,and at this time my heart goes out to you and your family in this time of need.

Douglas certainly lived quite the life didn't he. Still....too short. With all he accomplished in life-he was most happy when he was with his family.
My condolences to you Lorraine in your time of sorrow. I hope I will be as fortunate to spend so many years married as you and Douglas. In sickness and in health you saw each other through alot and became stronger as a result...making many happy memories aling the way. Know that You were his rock-along will the girls he loved so much Krista,Kerri,Kelli and of course his grandchildren.
