Louise Martina Guilfoil

With heavy hearts, the family of Louise Martina (MacLellan) Guilfoil announce her peaceful passing at Rocmaura Nursing Home on Thursday, April 7, 2016.  She was born in Antigonish, NS on December 5, 1940 to the late Alexander and Margaret (Gallant) MacLellan.

Louise is survived by her son Dale (Nancy), daughters; Brenda and Kathleen (John), brother Joseph (Debbie) and sister Mary, 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Along with her parents, Louise was predeceased by her husband Arthur.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) where visitation will be held on Sunday, April 10, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8pm.  A funeral service will be held from the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Monday at 11am.  Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Memorial donations made in Louise’s name to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
