Sandra and family: We were so saddened to learn of Harold's passing. When we moved to Saint John, our businesses brought us together, but he soon became a friend and remained a big part of our lives. He was a great guy, always willing to lend a hand, like the time our office flooded and he arrived with a wet vac and helped with the cleanup. We watched his family grow up and saw how much he loved them, and it is our hope that your memories will help you through the coming months. Our deepest sympathy to each of you.

We were as shocked as anyone that Harold was called Home at this early age. Our Hearts hurt for all of your Family - there have been too many of these in the last few years. May they all be together!
Juanita will try to get down if she can get transportation; however I regret that I have a commitment that I cannot get out of, starting Thurs to Sun.

Sandra and family,
I am in total shock and at a complete loss of words, so I am sending big hugs instead of words. As you know, Harold and I and my Mom & Dad (Harold & Florence Davis) go back a long way. Whenever I needed to find something in St. Jos, I would call Harold and he would say "I know EXACTLY where that is...come on down." I wish I had a quarter for everytime I hopped into his little red truck or jumped on the back of his bike and away we would go, flying through the cemetery.
Harold was a GREAT guy, he will be very DEEPLY missed.
Darrel is there at heaven's gates just waiting to wrap his arms around his Dad. They are together again !!

This news came to us as quite the surprise. Harold was very kind and friendly to everyone he met. He made you feel like family.
I can not take away the pain and the sadness but I hope that you have the love he gave to help make it through this difficult time. He loved all of his family very much.

To those of us who were blessed to have been a part of Harold's life we are very grateful for the time that we had with him. Our friendship started in 1967 and has been a wonderful journey. As we all knew, Harold loved his family and was so very proud of them. We know because we spent 25 years travelling with Harold and his family with our trailers. When Harold talked us into buying a trailer and to be travel partners someone forgot to write my John the trailer travel instructions and there were many amusing and not so amusing mishaps. Thirty years later Harold would still break down with laughter over John's brutal history with our trailer. These memories are so prevalent and will always be a comfort to us. We wish all of Harold's family our most sincere sympathy and know that Harold is in heaven with his heavenly father united with his beloved son, Darryl, and being rewarded for all the many unselfish acts that he has done for his family and friends. To many, Harold was a prince of a man. To his family " If we could take some of your pain and burden away, we would gladly do so". For Harold's family whom he loved so much we pray for your love and strength to help you through this time of sorrow.
