Donald "Ducky" Berlin Grant

Donald “Ducky” Berlin Grant, loving husband of Brenda (Small) Grant, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 30, 2017 at his residence. Born June 21, 1948 he was the son of Berlin Grant and the late Rita (Coston) Grant. In addition to his mother he was predeceased by his stepmother Florida (Harquail) Grant; sons Troy, Christopher and Curtis Grant; brother Douglas Grant.

Ducky worked as a mechanic for many years, he was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 69, enjoyed fishing and hunting, and spending time with his dad up river at his camp. He will be sadly missed and always remembered.

Besides his loving wife Brenda, he is survived by his sons Jeff Levesque (Theresa) and Trevor Grant; daughters Krystal Curran (Kenneth Hartley) and Erika Grant (Nick Brown); cherished grandson Micheal Curran; sisters Dianne Mason (Butch) and Beverley Bell (Jason); several nieces and nephews.

Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Thursday, February 2, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, February 3, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment will take place in Ocean View Memorials Gardens Cemetery.
