The death of Danice Hoey (O’Connor) Whittaker occurred on Wednesday January 1, 2014 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1936 in Alma, NB, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Rosella (Hoey) O’Connor. She is survived by her brothers Cyril O’Connor (Pat Thompson) of St. Martin’s and Ivan O’Connor (Esther) of Saint John, as well as two nephews.
Arrangements are under the care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rd. (646-2424). By Danice’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Donations may be made to the St. William’s Catholic Church Building Fund.
