It is with profound sadness the family announces the passing of Bradley James Martin which occurred unexpectedly at his home on Friday, August 18th, 2017.  Born 1961, in Saint John, he is the son of Noreen (Suttie) and the late James Martin.

Bradley worked in Central Supply at the Saint John Regional Hospital for 40 years.  He grew up in the south end and had a close circle of friends which were his extended brothers.  Bradley was very social and out-going.  He loved listening to music, had a great sense of humour and loved to entertain.  He enjoyed tinkering with cars and could fix anything.  He loved going for walks, running, and was an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan.  His greatest love of all was his family.  He was a beautiful human being and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Bradley is survived by his loving and devoted wife Lynn (McKinney) of 29 years; daughters Katie Elizabeth Martin and Hannah Marie Martin of Saint John; brothers Eric Martin (Johanna) and Andrew Martin of Saint John; sister Lorena Berry (David) of Saint John; soul sister Donna Belding (John) of Saint John; as well as several nieces, nephews and friends.  Besides his father, Bradley was predeceased by his infant daughter Erin Claire Martin.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road with visitation being held on Tuesday, August 22nd from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.  A Mass of Christian Burial will take place from St. John the Baptist Church (54 Broad St.) on Wednesday, August 23rd at 2 p.m. followed by an interment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.  Donations in memory of Bradley may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
