John Daniel Barry

John Daniel Barry, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at his residence. Born February 12, 1959 in Saint John he was the son of the late James and Noreen (Owens) Barry. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother Graeme Allan Barry.

John worked for Anglophone School District South for many years.  He adored his children and was loved by everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his children Erin and James, their mother Vickey Barry; brother Stephen Barry (Veronica) and their children Norah and Colleen.

Following cremation, visitations will be held from Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel Friday, January 30, 2015 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, remembrances in memory of John may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
