Fundy Funeral Home is well situated near two of the largest cemeteries in Saint John and not far from others. It is the only funeral home in Saint John that was designed specifically to be a funeral home. Great care was taken to design the home with consideration being given to the needs of the bereaved family, keeping foremost in mind accessibility and comfort.

The building's modern architecture and sound system allows the acoustics of both live and recorded music to be carried reverently when and where desired. Recent renovations have enabled us to better serve our families by having dedicated sections for visitations and funerals,separated by offices and a hallway to avoid any sound carry over. Through the main front doors, the triple entrance way leads to the business office, chapel and our spacious reception centre. Updated design draws your eyes to the tray ceiling in the foyer along with modern artwork and furnishings.

The beautiful Chapel features a seating capacity of over 200, with a special private alcove. The stained glass windows above the altar with the Dove of Peace and the Circle of Life windows showcasing the opening and closing of a flower as you walk up the aisle are peaceful and comforting.

Our visitation section is entered through a separate set of doors in the new addition. Walking in these doors you will be greeted by an attractive reception desk, a cozy bistro area for coffee, tea and light refreshments, a dedicated children’s room with games and toys and three spacious visitation rooms. Each parlor was designed for comfort during visitation with many places to sit, a memory wall for pictures and mementos along with multiple surfaces to display items to personalize your visitation room.

Large mature trees around the building give a natural setting of charm and there is ample parking available. Fundy Funeral Home knows that entering ourdoors is not an easy thing to do, but we want to ensure that when you do, youwill be met with a warm atmosphere and all the amenities needed to celebrate your loved one.
