Ryan Christopher Bourque

It is with profound sadness that the family of Ryan Christopher Bourque announce his sudden passing on March 4, 2025.  Born on June 7, 1977, in Saint John, NB.  He was the beloved son of Wendy Bourque and the late Eugene Brideau.  He has left an unfillable void in the lives of all who loved him. 

Ryan was a skilled Carpenter and proud member of Carpenter's Local 1386 who had worked in every province in Canada except Newfoundland.  Ryan took immense pride in his work and loved to share his expertise to anyone he could.  Beyond his professional accomplishments Ryan was a well-rounded individual and was a two-time NB Karate Champion.  Had a passion for sports, biking, basketball with Mitchell, hiking and just about anything outdoors. 

He is survived by his beloved mother Wendy.  His loving girlfriend Angie Savoie and her children Delaney, Cameron, and Mitchell. Their fur baby Ada who was his shadow and sidekick and did everything with him.  Brother Allie Brideau of Kanata, ON.  Best friend and nephew Triftin Turrett and his cherished niece Cailey Brideau.  Good friends Rob Davidson and Jay Collins, along with a host of Aunts and Uncles, many cousins and a wide circle of friends.

He was predeceased by his father Eugene, Grandparents who played a big part in raising him Anne and Percy Bourque, his uncle Wil Bourque, and cousins Marcus, Mark, April, Luke, Crystal, Amy, Kory, Ivy and Brenda.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rd. (506) 646 2424 from 2-8 pm on Sunday and 2-4 and 6-8pm on Monday.  The Funeral Liturgy will take place at the Fundy Chapel at 10:00 am on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, with interment at St. Josephs Cemetery to follow.
