Robert "Bob" Michael Perry

It is with heavy hearts the family of Robert “Bob” Michael Perry, loving husband of Almedia (Hughes) Perry announces his passing which occurred on Monday, April 19, 2021 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Cody’s, NB on January 3, 1941, he was the son of the late Judson and Myrtle (Hetherington) Perry. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his stepfather Bliss Thorne; brother Ronald Perry (Marie) and sister Fay Frits (Stan).

Bob worked for Marque Construction for many years. Before Bob had his health problems, he enjoyed his cottage, boating, fishing and hunting. He loved welcoming family and friends and he was always working on something.

In addition to his wife Meddie of 56 years, he is survived by his son Shawn Perry (Diane); daughter Shelley-Lynn Perry; cherished grandchildren Judson (Victoria), Tessa (Daniel), Brodie, Martha, Shawna, Naiah and Ashely; great granddaughters Ava and Sophie; sister Shirley Doucette (Gib); brother Charles (Irene); several nieces and nephews.

Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, (646-2424) with visitation on Friday, April 23 from 4 to 8 p.m.

His funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, April 24 at 1 p.m.
