John Wendell Ford

John Wendell Ford passed away peacefully at home on June 25, 2021. Born in Saint John, NB, he was a son of Wendell and the late Sandra (Jefferies) Ford. He was a pressman for most of his life working for Quebecor from 1985-2005 and the Pictou Advocate from 2005-2013 before leaving on disability. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Mae (Killam); children, Devon (Jamie), Melissa (Al); grandsons, John, Nathaniel; sister, Pam and many nieces and nephews. Besides his mother he was predeceased by his brother in infancy, Christopher Raymond and brother-in-law, Bill Peacock.

Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Fundy Funeral Home on Thursday July 1, 2021 from 2-4 & 6-8pm. A Celebration of his Life will be held at Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Friday July 2, 2021 at 12 Noon. Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
