It is with heavy hearts, the family of Heather Ann Cole, devoted and loving wife of Jim Cole, announces her passing which occurred on Monday, July 16, 2018 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, NB on August 7, 1946 she was the daughter of the late Roy and Dorothy (Lee) Harding.

Heather worked as an Educational Assistant for Hazen White School for the last several years. She enjoyed her drives to Florida with her husband and spending time with their friends Pete, Irene and Josh. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family. Family was most important in her life.

In addition to her husband Jim, she is survived by her daughter Stephanie Elan Cole (Charles Roherty); sons David Charles Cole and Michael James Cole; brother David Harding (Tracey); sister and best friend MerryLee Horsman (Gary); her canine companion Sophie Lee; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her siamese cat Blueberry.

In keeping with her Heather’s wishes there will be no visitations or funeral service. Remembrances may be made to the Palliative Care Unit SJRH, SPCA Animal Rescue or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
