Dustin Williams Obituary

With heavy hearts, the family of Dustin Williams announces his unexpected passing which occurred on June 12, 2025, at his home. Born in Saint John, NB, on September 3, 2000, Dustin was the beloved son of Lacey Williams and Reg Corcoran.

Dustin’s absence will be deeply felt by his mother, Lacey, father Reg; his sister Mya (Dylan Lank) and his brother Ethan. He will also be dearly missed by his aunt Belle Melanson and uncles Jesse Melanson and Kris Williams (Tara Young); great aunts Kathy Barrett (Michael), Karen McCumber (Bruce); great uncle Larry Martin (Sylvie); cousins Nathan, Corinne, Alex, Brandon, Tanya, Marsha, Chelsea, Amy and Stacey. Also left to mourn is his special friend Rachel Chaisson and many of his beloved friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Dustin also shared a special bond with his god parents Kris Williams (Tara Young) and Karen McCumber (Bruce).

Dustin was a kind-hearted, compassionate, and loving young man. He had an unwavering belief in the goodness of others and always offered a helping hand without judgment. Generous to a fault, Dustin would give the shirt off his back to someone in need.

Known for his ever-present smile, Dustin had a joyful spirit that could light up any room. His playful nature and sense of humor brought laughter wherever he went. He was happiest when making others smile.

In his earlier years, Dustin attended Rothesay High School where he excelled academically, earning straight A’s and becoming fluent in both English and French. He also found joy writing and recording his own music. Dustin discovered a passion for cooking, often finding joy and creativity in the kitchen. St. Martins held a special place in his heart—he loved spending time at the beach and exploring the caves.

In recent years, Dustin found comfort and strength in his faith in God. This spiritual connection became especially meaningful to him, providing a deep sense of calm during challenging times.

He was predeceased by his grandmother Elaine Martin, grandparents Reginald and Brenda Corcoran, and his uncle Sheldon Melanson.
