Donald "Don" Rowley Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donald “Don” Gerard Rowley on July 16, 2024, at Ridgewood Veterans Wing at the age of 73. Born on November 20, 1950, in Saint John, he was the son of the late Walter Rowley and Marie Hodd.
Survived by his wife Marie (Raynes) of 51 years, sons Dana (Christina), Shawn, daughter Katherine (Ashlee), granddaughter Danielle, siblings Roseanne Magee, Paul Rowley (Gail), Walter Rowley (Gillian), Patricia (Stephen) Quinn, and Peter Rowley.
Don retired from NB Power after many years of dedicated service.
The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the staff at Ridgewood for their attentive care during Don’s time with them.
Arrangements are under the care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (506-646-2424). The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at 1 pm in the funeral home chapel with visitation an hour prior. Interment will be held at a later date.
Donations in Don’s memory may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
