B. David Wilson

On the morning of November 12th, 2019 at the Saint John Regional Hospital surrounded by his loving family, David Wilson of Quispamsis went home to his Lord and Savior. Born in Saint John, December of 1940, he was the son of the late Bernard and Ethel (Betts) Wilson and a devoted husband for 57 years to Carol (Sharp) Wilson of Quispamsis. David was a skilled carpenter and builder who worked many years for Murray Jarvis Foundation. Due to his health he slowed down, but was proud to go to work even at the age of 76. As an active member of Calvary Temple, his faith was most important to him and he would preach the word of the Lord to friends, family and strangers. He was quiet and focused man who enjoyed researching alternative health. Along with his devoted and loving wife Carol; David is survived by his sons Peter David (Rosalind) of Saint John, Stephen (Lisa) and Tim (Nancy) both of Quispamsis and Jamie (Shawntina) of Upper Golden Grove; daughters Nancy Wilson (Darren Sangster) of Halifax and Pamela Marks (Alan) of Saint John; three precious grandchildren Rachel, Ben and Micah; brother Richard (Bernice); sisters Grace James (George) and Audrey Ellen Kimball (Wilfred) both of Calgary, AB; cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Along with his parents, David was predeceased by his sister Barbara Thompson; a brother Fred Wilson and his beloved son Jeff Wilson.   

Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitation on Thursday November 14th from 2-4 and 6 to 8 pm. Funeral service will be held from Calvary Temple, 83 Sydney Street, on Friday November 15th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., followed by a reception. Private family interment at Fernhill Cemetery.
