To Dan and the Smith family,
My condolences on the passing of Winston. I only got to know Winston a bit in the last 20 years through Dan, but soon learned he had a great zest for life and his family. Even after almost hitting him with a golf ball while playing in Edmontom, Winston got the last laugh, as he never let me forget it! His life will live through all the lives he touched.

Dear cousins, The service today was absolutely amazing. God's presence was there to bless and comfort each one of us. It was so nice to see everyone. Uncle Winkey would have approved of what you all did in letting others know how much you loved your dad. I pray for each of you, that you will know the love of God in the coming days and months to follow. He promises never to leave us or forsake us in our distress. So sorry to hear about the passing of your Dad. I know it must of been difficult as you were so far away from home. It was wonderful that your Dad lived a full long life, and was loved by so many. Cherish all the wonderful memories that you have growing up in SJ and your years in Cambridge Narrows. Now your Mom & Dad are finally reunited.

So sorry to hear about Winston he always had a smile and "Have a good day " whenever I saw him . He will be missed in the community and at his spot on the bench outside "Nans" store .
