Dear Sheila, Steven & Skylar,

Please accept my sincerest condolences on the passing of your father, and grandfather. Over many the years that I have known you, Sheila, there was never any doubt about how much you loved your father, and how important he was in your life. I'm sure he left this world with cherished memories of your time spent together, and that he is now resting in a peaceful place. May you find comfort and solace when keeping special memories of times spent together over the years to come.

So sorry to hear of Juniors passing. He was one of the friendliest faces in the City Market. Always smiling and helpful. Twenty three years ago, I moved here from NL and worked at Slocum's for a summer. Junior and I would sit and have a break from time to time. He was always be kind, interesting and loved to tell me about Saint John and what I had to see here. He never forgot me and I'll never forget him. What an ambassador for Saint John and its people.
What a great loss for his family and the market.

I am deeply sorry for the loss of your father.I know personally how much you loved and cared for the man we all called "Junior",but you know him as"DAD". I will remember always the times visiting Stevie at your house and hearing the bottom stairs door open up and junior slowly making his way up the stairs only to get to the top with a roast or turkey or ham etc. the size to feed an army.He was a generous and caring man and he really loved his grandson Skylar, for it was "Junior" who started the toy collection in your living room.He always said hello to me and would briefly discuss the score in the hockey game.Junior will be sadly missed but never forgotten for he was loved by us "ALL"

I remember so well visiting Dean's in the Market for the many years I worked down-town. It was always such a treat to shop there and Junior was so obliging and so "on-point" with any request. But more than that, he was warm and friendly, he had a way with customers that made us all feel we mattered. It was a privilege to have known him. We are so sorry for your loss.
