I am sorry for your loss. I grew up in Quispamsis and went to various schools with Paul including Simonds High. He was a friendly, quiet guy who you enjoyed meeting on occasion down at the mall. My thoughts are with you and family.

My condolences to Paul's family. Haven't seen him in many years, but when I did in Saint John it was to celebrate his brother Donnie's Birthday, same day as mine...we were back home in Saint John with our kids to celebrate Andy's Animals in honour of my nephew..with live music. I remember the Burnside family and all their Cousins who turned out to the event and have been great friends to myself and my brother...we are all around the same age....Gordon and Florence were great Parents and generous to all the kids around their home...Sisters Shirley and Linda are great people also, although living across Canada I haven't seen them much..
I am so sorry for your loss as Paul is a great person inside and out.... I pray you heal and that you gain strength from all the support you'll be shown in the next few days and months...
know Paul is a great man....his passing is felt here in Vancouver also......sending Prayers your way

At 26, its not often I read the Obituaries and see someone that I knew. I grew up directly across the street from Paul in the trailer park long before he was married and had his daughter. Back then, he had Sammy <3 It will be such a loss for his family. Much love to all.

Pam and Avery; Words can not describe the loss you are feeling. I had the pleasure of knowing Paul during his hospitals stays on 3CN. Paul's infectious smile and dry sense of humor will be greatly missed...even when he was feeling bad he would always have a smile and spoke often and fondly of you two.
