I was very saddened to read the death of Marina, god has another angel by his side. She is now back in the arms of Bill. May all the fond memories you have of Marina help you through this difficult time. May she rest in peace

Jeff,
Spent some quiet time thinking about your Mom today. A kind lady. Brought back great childhood memories of Strat-o-matic Hockey Games, movies and hours of intellevision play in her/your basement. I always felt at home. Jeff, i am sorry for your loss.
Your friend,
Dan Steeves

Brian, Sheri, Meaghan and Jessica: I was so sorry to hear of your mom/grandmother's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Unfortunately I had my foot operated on yesterday (Wednesday) so am not able to come out and pay my respects in person. I know that she adored her grandchildren and loved to be at their recitals! To the whole family, but especially Josh and Emily ~ Losing those we love is one of life's hardest things but it DOES help to know that people care. I treasure the memory of your kindness to me when I lost my Mom four years ago. I will be thinking of you now and in the days to come. Mrs. Brewer

I was so sorry to read of Marina's passing. We bowled on the KV Rollers league and we kept in touch somewhat after that. She was the nicest person and always upbeat and will be missed by so many. We loved sending each other jokes and I will miss hearing from her. She spoke of her family so much I feel like I know you all through her words. My heart goes out to you all. Take care of each other.

Brian & Jeff & Billy & all the family & Kathleen Kirkpatrick,
We are so sorry to hear the passing of your mom. She was a great mother and sister. Marina was a good hearted person and she will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Thank you Marina for the great memories we have of our children with you at the cottage and for the boat rides that Bill loved to take us out on and all the dinners there. Our thoughts & prayers are with you at this time. We will celebrate her life and hold our memories in our heart.

Jeff and family, we are very sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. She was a wonderful person. I have many memories of sneaking past her to get into the basement.

I will always be grateful to you for being my mum's Super Cool Aunt Marina. You've deeply inspired and shaped everyone who loves you. We are kinder, gentler and more compassionate people - because of you. Thank you for having always made me feel so included in the family.

I wish I could be there to say goodbye.
Goodbye, Aunt Marina. I'll miss you.

We offer our condolences to the passing of Marina. Marina was a lovely kind and quiet person, who will be sorely missed. It seems strange that we just talking about her at bowling yesterday and hoping she would join us next year.

Brian, Jeff and Billy and your families. Marina was the best next door neighbour any one could ever ask for. She and Bill were so kind to us when we first moved into the neighbourhood. Marina always had a smile and kind words. We missed her greatly when she "downsized" I know both she and Bill are now looking down smiling at their wonderful family. Thoughts and prayers with you all.

I never got to tell Aunt Marina that she was my Internet hero. Whenever I had a student who thought only young people were comfortable online, I set them straight, telling them that I had an 80+ year old aunt who could run Internet circles around all of us. Rest in peace, Aunt Marina. You are greatly missed by all of us.
