I am so sorry for your loss. The loss of a loved one is one of the most difficult things a person may have to deal with in life. We can take comfort from God's word that tells us he's aware of our pain. Please also take comfort in the promise our Creator has made to all mankind that he will end all death and suffering. He promises that we will be with our loved ones again enjoying the blessings of his new Kingdom here on earth. Revelation 21:4 "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.β John 11:25 " Jesus said to her: βI am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life"

I'm so sorry to hear of Noreen's passing. I won't tell you what a wonderful, caring person she was, because you already know that. However; I will tell you that many happy memories from my childhood include spending time with Cee Cee and Noreen. My mother and I, along with Noreen and Cee Cee, had some great times and some great road trips together when we were younger ! Although we were only neighbours for a short time, our friendships continued long after we moved to another part of town. One of the things I remember most was Noreen's cooking. I've never found baba ganoush or grape leaves that tasted even a fraction as good as Noreen's, and she even made the best grilled cheese I've ever had (with sliced tomato & a bit of salt & pepper inside). Not everyone can make a grilled cheese exciting, you know ! She made a lot of things exciting and fun, and I'm certain she will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Rest in peace Noreen.
