WE WOULD LIKE TO SEND OUR SYMPATHY TO YOU ALL AT THIS SAD TIME IN YOUR LIVES. WE KNEW JEANNIE FROM THE LIGHTSPOT CAFE. JEANNIE AND I PLAYED TAMBORINES, SANG, AND HAD GREAT FELLOWSHIP. SHE LOVED TEASING MY HUSBAND, AND HE WOULD DO THE SAME TO HER...SHE COULD GIVE IT AND BLESS HER HEART, SHE COULD TAKE IT. WE LOVED HER SO MUCH. A SWEET LADY! SHE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED BY "ALL" WHO KNEW HER! "A LOVELY LADY" WHO NOW IS "A LOVELY ANGEL" (A REAL ANGEL) IN HER NEW MANSION! GOD GIVE YOU ALL STRENGTH AND GREAT MEMORIES OF THE PAST TO HOLD ON TO.... DURING THE DAYS AHEAD XOXO REST IN THE LORD!

Having been associated with the Fundy Sky Diving Club back in the mid 60's, I recall when Jean made the headlights in the paper of a Mother making her first parachute jump. There was probably only a handful of women who make jumps and she was indeed a pioneer for her age. With Art and the kids in tow, she made the jump into local history in aviation as the oldest woman at the time to jump.

We met your Mum and Dad through Fred & Shirley K.; and have hunted with your Mum. We are sorry for her absence in your family now, as we know you loved her very much. The gift of God is that she's still alive, her 'ransom' paid by Jesus; she's with your Dad, the Lord God and all those of "like precious faith".
Very little held your Mum back from all kinds of activities. Job 33 holds and confirms she continues, happy and healthy: vs. 23 to 30- (esp. v 25)- her "flesh shall be fresher than a child's, and (she) shall return to the days of (her) youth"
God bless you all as you celebrate her life and testimony.. She is a great lady!

My heartfelt sympathy is expressed to all of you as you gather together to bid farewell to your precious mom. Have known Sis. Jean for many years and her wonderful family.
Her amazing spirit touched so many lives and I know she will continue to live in the lives of you her children.
My mom and Jeannie bowled together for many years and also wintered in Florida as well. I drive by the Yankee Traveller almost daily and think of her and your dad.
Unfortunately I will be unable to be there for her home going but please be assured that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Special hello to Mike and Laurie, loved the years we had together in Halifax.
Jeannie ran the race, fought a good fight and henceforth there is laid up for her a crown of righteousness. Pastor Gary

I am so sorry to hear of Jean's passing. I was a neighbor of Jean's from across the street and looked out for her from time to time.. I have thought of he often after she moved. A very pleasant and wise lady indeed. We often would have long talks. Happy to say I had the pleasure of knowing her.. Thoughts are with the family at this time..

I am so sorry for u r loss. I will be thinking and praying for Jeans family. I had the honor of teaching her grand daughter that she cherished so much and it was a joy to have her in my room. so sorry for your lost, she lived a very full active life and we are sure she will be missed. I will miss your mom, she was a great friend to and love Bryson. She would always givw me pictures of dad that she had taken from a church supper or seniers day at the church or outing. Sending our heartfelt condolences from Lakeland, Florida. We have such fond memories of your Mom. I sang in choir with Jeannie at Calvary Temple for many years. She was faithful, fun loving and a true friend to so many. Jeannie loved to hug, to sing and loved her family, friends and her Lord and Saviour. She was so faithful to her church and hated to miss even one service.
We are wintering in Florida and will miss seeing you all and celebrating a life well lived. She is now singing a song that only angels can sing in God's choir in the sky.

Janet, I am so sorry for your loss. I remember the many times I spent at your house as a child. Your mom was always so welcoming. I lost mom about 4 years ago. A day does not go by that she will not be in your thoughts .
