He was a fine gentleman and I regret that I didn't keep in touch with him and Lois. I have fond memories of the two when we lived in La Ceiba. I'm glad that he lived a long life and enjoyed his retirement.

My condolences to Harris's family. I remember Harris here at the St. Andrews Biological Station when I first arrived back in 1979. I had not seen him much after his retirement.
