Guy Jardine

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of James “Guy” Jardine which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Friday, January 20th, 2017.  Born 1936, in Dalhousie, NB, he was the son of the late Henry and Anita (Methot) Jardine. Guy was an Accountant throughout his career.  He enjoyed spending time at home with his family.

Guy is survived by his loving and devoted wife Délima (Doucet) of 60 years; son Terry Jardine (Angie) of Saint John; daughter Sue-Ellen Davis (Ken) of Saint John; brother Terry Jardine of Ottawa, ON; daughter-in-law Linda Jardine of Saint John; grandchildren Corey, Nicole, Lauren, Evan and great grandchild JD.  Besides his parents, Guy was predeceased by his son Dale Jardine.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424).  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held from Stella Maris Catholic Church on Tuesday, January 24th, 2017 at 12 noon.  A private interment will take place at a later date.  Donations in memory of Guy may be made to The Parkinson’s Society or to the East Saint John Food Bank.
