So sorry to hear of Gordon's passing. I can only reiterate what Madeline has already expressed. So many good memories of fun and laughter when we would visit each other's farms. Great outdoor games (no screens to distract us then). May you find comfort in your many treasured memories.
Sincere sympathy,

I was saddened to hear of Gordon's passing and it has brought back many pleasant memories of those days where the Bonds and the McLeans came together as a large extended family. Arthur and Ferne and Gordon and his siblings played a very nurturing role in our lives. Our condolences to his immediate family, his brothers and sisters, and and his grand and great grand children. May he rest in peace.

Lloyd, Della, Millie, Dwight, Donna, Cheryl & Zonya ... We are saddened to learn of your loss in Gordie's passing & although we were not privileged to know his children, send our sincere sympathy to All of his loved ones & extended family. Cherished memories come flooding back of the times our families, the McLeans & the Bonds shared at our homes in Cambridge & Hatfield Point, gathered around our table or yours, sharing simple but hearty & delicious 'farm fare'. "The Bonds are coming !" was always met with excitement & I can still hear Ferne exclaim, tears running down her cheeks & shaking with laughter when Dad & Arthur, as they often did, swapped stories, "...Ohhh Arthur ...". What a joy it was to listen to Gordie, Lloyd & Della, all gifted with musical talent, 'tickle the ivories' on the parlour piano at Hatfield Point as the rest of us joined in singing old favourites. Your family shares, as does ours, a strong bond of affection & we can appreciate the huge void which Gordie's death has left in your lives. He will remain in that 'forever' place in your hearts. You are in our thoughts during this difficult time of loss & longing.
Love & prayers, Lloyd & Madeline Sleep

Dear Brad, Greg and Krista, I was shocked and very sad to hear of your father's passing. He was always very kind to us (Merwyn, Donna, Shirley and myself) when we rented from him on Harmony Drive even though I'm sure we may have given him a few gray hairs with the way we managed to get in and out of the driveway in the wintertime. My thoughts and prayers go out to each of you and your families.

To all of Gordon Bond's family,

Our deepest sympathy to all of Gord's family and extended family. No words can express the depth of our loss, we have known Gord for at least 25 years and have knowledge of his true passion for Christ and his compassion for people. Gord was a great man of faith.

A man of faith, “. . . will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit,” Gord's passion for the Lord made him a man of faith, and a man of faith with sincere compassion for humankind.

Our prayers are with all of Gord's family.

I am so sorry for your loss. The loss of a loved one is one of the most difficult things a person may have to deal with in life. We can take comfort from God's word that tells us he's aware of our pain. Please also take comfort in the promise our Creator has made to all mankind that he will end all death and suffering. He promises that we will be with our loved ones again enjoying the blessings of his new Kingdom here on earth. Revelation 21:4 "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” John 11:25 " Jesus said to her: “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life"

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Recently I lost my dear mother,
and found great comfort in the Holy Bible, like at Isaiah 25 verse 8 -
"The Sovereign Lord will swallow up death forever, and wipe away
the tears from all faces." Also at Revelation 21 verse 4 we find
the promise that God will remove pain and death. For more
comfort, I turn to the website at: www.jw.org (Search: Comfort)
