Dear Aunt Barb,Jane, Katherine, Jennifer and families. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time. I have many fond memories of Uncle George as a kid and visiting at your home at Christmas time and later having him as master of ceremonys at my wedding to Michael. He had such a dry wit and he made us laugh. Even though Mom and Uncle George didn't see each other that often, the phone calls at birthday times made sharing shared memories special for both of them. As a kid. Uncle George was my favourite uncle. He will be missed.

Aunt Barb, Jane, Katherine and Jennifer,
I have the fondest memories of the visits we had to your home as children and the times as a young adult visiting with Uncle George and introducing him to my at the time boyfriend and now husband Blake. He was always full of fun and wit. My Mom, Eva, enjoyed their phone calls on their birthdays and we could hear her laughing at the remarks he made and the shared memories. Although they didn't see each other often, George would tell me that he carried her in his heart and knew she was there. He lived a full life and will be thought of often.
Our deepest sympathy on the loss of your husband and father.

To George's family,
I wish to extend my deepest sympathy on George's passing. George was my first basketball coach. I wasn't a great basketball player but George was a great coach. If my memory serves me, we lost our first game 52 to 2. From there, with George's coaching, we went on to play in the city and district championships finishing a close second to a far superior team. That was many years ago but the impression that George left with us was indelible. He served his community well and was loved by his players. May he rest in peace.
