To Adeline, Catherine, Frances, and family,
Please receive our family's sincere condolences on this occasion of your precious loss. As a former dean, colleague, and dear friend, Frank had a very special impact upon me both at Saint Mary's and over the years since I first met him in 1986. His humility, integrity, sound pedagogy, and exemplary Christian behaviour especially made him a mentor, one whom I try to emulate in my personal life and professional career. His keen wit, often coming through so unexpectedly in conversations, and his unasumming, but perceptive intellectual insights were always a very special treat. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family whom he loved so dearly during this time of grief.

Heavy hearted we all are again so soon after the death of our wonderful Father Bill
Cousins we both loved and admired and spoke often of over the years with pride.
We will be proud to attend the church on Wednesday and donate a sum of money to Hospice Hredericton in loving memory of Francis Raymond (sweet Frank) Phillips.
Roberta and Keith MacKenzie and daughter Adwynna MacKenzie and family, Scott, Connor and Meaghan Tracey Horsley of Guelph Ontario.
Cousins we both loved and admired and spoke often of over the years with pride.

Please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of your dear loved one . Are we not truly blessed with the hope our Creator has given us of seeing our loved ones again. God's loving comfort from the scriptures brings us much relief and confidence in the blessings of His New Kingdom. At Revelation 21:4, John 5:28, and Isaiah 35:5,6 He promises to end death and sickness and to resurrect our dead loved ones. Soon he will wipe out every tear from our eyes so we can live in peace and happiness with those we love in his promised New Kingdom here on earth. Soon we will have no reason to grieve anymore. My hope is that you can take comfort from God's word and that it will also comfort you when you think of your loved one.
