Very sorry to hear of the passing of your father Missy. May your memories of him comfort you. There is a beautiful poem that was very comforting to me when my mom passed and hope you will look it up. It is called "Gone From My Sight" by Henry Van Dyke, I hope it gives you as much comfort as it gave me.

It is with great sadness that I learn of the passing of Eugene. It has been many years since I have seen my cousin as I live in Europe but he was kind to pay a visit or always kind to have a conversation when we came home for a visit. Please pass on our condolences to the whole family at this sad time. Eugene will be in my prayers, and prayers for the family as well that they may be able to stay strong during this time of sadness. We are grieving along with you. Eugene was my teacher and mentor and taught me everything I know about steel. He was also our great friend and we will miss him terribly. If you need anything at all we are just down the road.
