My sincere condolences on the passing of Edna. I have such fond memories of her when she worked with my Dad at the Court House. She was always there with a welcoming smile, she let us play with her typewriter and was so kind to us even though we were, no doubt, interrupting her work day. A lovely lady!

Edna's spirit was the most generous you would ever hope to meet, which was definitely passed down to her children. When people think Saint John is a friendly city, it is because of people like Edna who did know everyone and everyone liked her. If human connection and possitivity was our currency Edna would have been the wealthiest person around.

May God comfort each of you as you share precious memories of your loved one. The love for Edna came through in her obituary. It shows how much she meant to each of you and how greatly she will be missed. Edna's picture is beautiful-- she and Bob look like twins.
When a loved one has gone to their heavenly home we have so much comfort in knowing they are re-united with loved ones (especially her children) and will spend eternity with our loving God to suffer no more pain & separation.
Hugs to Dot & Fred,Pat,Bob &,Geraldine and Marion-- my bowling buddies.. My sincere condolences to each of Edna's loved ones.

I feel so heartbroken to hear about Mrs. Brewer's passing, we grew up on Jean St. and her and Mr. Brewer were two of the best neighbours a family could ever ask for. We were a big family and every Halloween we couldn't wait to go the their house first because Mrs. Brewer would always have her famous candy apples made sure all the kids on the street got one. As we all grew up, got married or moved away when ever we seen the two of them they always had time to stop and have a great chat. My memories of Mr. & Mrs. Brewer will live on in my heart forever. "Heaven has gained another beautiful angel."

Mrs. Brewer was always a kindhearted lady. Back when we lived on Jean Street in the 70's our very large family came down with the mumps on Hallowe'en and Mrs. Brewer brought over a tray of candy apples for us. Rest in peace Mrs. Brewer. I hope you all have great memories of a wonderful lady.

I have been very fortunate to have Edna as my Aunt. The lifestyle that Edna & Jack lived was a great example to all the family. Every time I met them , whether at home or in Florida they were always so happy and full of life. May you have as much fun in heaven as you did here and give everyone a hug and a smile
