Dwight and myself came on the job in 1973. I always found him to be in good hummer. Dwight was a real good person to tease as he tooked good and could give it back, i sure will miss him.Dwight fought a long hard battle, he never gave up. RIP

Dale, and family, my respect, and heart felt condolence to you. I know this is a great loss. I worked with Dwight many times over the years. It was an honour. He was a good policeman. He had all the qualities that it takes to be that. In particular, he treated people with respect. He cared about people. Both as a senior Constable, and as a Sergeant, he gave respect to the officers junior to him, and in his command. That is a special kind of person.... It is not always seen in leadership....But he had it. ..... I was privileged to visit Dwight a few days ago, and express that to him. I am thankful for that moment with him. Stand down my friend. You did a great job here, and it is time to rest.

Across the many miles we send our love. I have found that the hole left in your heart by a loved one passing, is covered by time with a thin cellophane covering. That covering bursts and bursts again, when a shared song, memory or a smell brings them back instantly. The pain is again intense. No, time does not heal our pain. David and I would are sending our deepest condolences to all of Dwight's family and loved ones and let them know that they will be kept in our hearts and prayers. Dwight was a joy to know and a very special person. It is a privilege to have known him.
