I just read about this. It saddens me to find out this late. My condolence go out to your family. Doreen looked after my dad for many years and keep Me in touch with what was going on with him at Manor Saint Jude. without her I would never of known what was going on with my dad she was so good to him My dad Ronald BROTHERS loved her like she was his daughter. Doreen's heart was as big as the bay of fundy. if she wasn't giving than she was helping. I pray that God has a special place for her in his kingdom!!

I was very shocked to hear the news about Doreen. She always had a smile for me and we go way back to grade 9. I have always had a place in my heart for Doreen. She is with my buddy Troy Raynes now. They are old friends from Hazen White. Both great competitors in their day. 2016 has not been kind to us. My deepest condolences to Dana & Her family & friends. Peace.

I am shocked and saddened by Doreen's sudden passing. We shared some good times full of fun and laughter that I'll always remember. Doreen had the biggest heart, kindest way and most comforting hugs of anyone. Her sunny manner and genuine concern for her patients was unrivalled. Doreen was a great person. I first met her at the IWK in 2008, She was the first person I spoke with after my daughter got admitted. Katlyn became friends with Jonathan, They had a lot to share cause they where both fighting the same type of cancer. Jonathan was Katlyn's rock and Doreen was mine. She tought me to knit dish clothes and would just talk to me when she could she will be missed by all
