Our thoughts and prayers are with all of the family. We were away for a couple of weeks and heard of Asieds passings as soon as we arrived home. We were just talking with Asied before we left . I was shocked and saddened to learn of Asied's sudden passing from my brother, John. Although I never had the privilege of meeting Asied, I attended school with his brother Kemal, whom I remember as a super-nice guy also. John held Asied in high esteem, as he did all of the Debly family -- we hardly ever had a conversation where he wasn't talking about some outing or project with Asied! He was a great friend to John over the past few years and I know that he will be a sorely missed presence in his life. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you now.

My sympathies to all of Asied's family. Such a kind and gracious man who always welcomed my son and I to his garage to talk about his plans and progress with the old H. W. Wilson Co. truck that originally belonged to my grandfather, Henry Wilson. Dear Debly family: I was shocked and deeply saddened to read of the sudden passing of my former law school classmate, Asied. he was kind, gentle and so considerate of all of us, especially his many female classmates. All our classes started at 8:30 am and it was a long cold walk up the hill from my apartment to the law school on the UNB campus. I was always so grateful and appreciative that Asied never drove past me in his old truck on the way to class in the morning. I enjoyed our brief morning chats on those drives to class. I will remember him fondly. Please accept my sympathy to your entire family at this very difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you as you grieve this tremendous loss. God bless.

My late husband, Alfred (passed away April 24/17) also unexpectedly, had great love and respect for Asied. They were both hard working men who were passionate about their jobs. Asied was not a '9-5' guy, when our pump quit he worked well into the night until it was repaired. It was a joy to work with him. His passing leaves a hole in our community and I can only imagine the vacant spot in his family. My heartfelt condolences, may God grant you strength.

Asied was like a big brother to me and one of Ira's oldest friends.Some of my/our happiest memories are of visiting Asied and the boys at home or when they were playing. He was a real pillar in the community and also was a pillar for me. We could talk about anything, and if I ever had a problem, I could call him or go see him and get set straight in no time. Asied gave more than he took in life and he made a real positive difference in my life, and also that of many others I'm sure. My life won't be the same without him and he will never be forgotten.
