William Francis Thomas Crilley

It is with sadness and gratitude for life well lived that the family of William Francis Thomas Crilley announce his passing which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Thursday July 9, 2026.

William was born in Saint John on September 18, 1949, to the late William F. T. and Gertrude (Stout) Crilley. He was loving and devoted husband, father, grumpy and friend.

He worked in the fisheries industry with his last employment at Connor Brothers in processing which he enjoyed his work and time with his co workers. William was able to retire at the age of 67.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years Kimberly Crilley; children Ginger Crilley (Preston), Jennifer Osbourne and Luke Robert Raymond Crilley (Lisa) all of Saint John; precious grandchildren Taylor Marie, Ava, Dylan, Isaac, Violet and Nolan; sisters Jean Taylor and Margaret Power; best friends Eric and Donna Haley; several nieces, nephews and friends.

Along with his parents William was predeceased by two family canine companions Kirby and Forest Gump.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road ( 506-646-2424) By William’s request cremation will take place. Interment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
