William Howe Obituary

It is with broken hearts that the family of William Anthony David Howe announce his sudden passing on March 30th, 2026, in Edmonton, AB at the age of thirty-seven.

Will was born in Halifax, NS on June 10th,1988. We called him Willie until he was 8 years old when he decided that that was a baby name, and he would now be known as Will.

Will always had a big personality, living life his way. He loved his family, friends, and his neighbors. He was always eager to help. Not too much went on in the neighborhood that Will did not know about. His greatest passion was anything with an engine. From an early age Will could be found in a neighbor’s driveway working on a car. He loved watching Nascar and going to the races in Geary with his Father, and Brother.

Will had a great sense of humor, he was compassionate and incredibly smart, He loved learning, even though he hated school. A teacher once shared, “Will can't recall what we discussed in class, but he can describe the make, model, and details of the snowplow that just went by the window.”  That was Will.

Will is survived by his parents Dave and Janet (McKinney) Howe, his children, Haylie and her big Brother Dylan, Mya, and Anthony. Sisters, Jessica Howe, Ashley Clements (Scott), his Brother Dustin Howe (Danielle). Nieces and Nephews; Lauren, Bri, Mitchell, Molly, Cole, Kailylnn, Max and Mason. His girlfriend Danielle Luchka, Several Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. Special friends Aly and Maddex.

Will was predeceased by his Maternal Grandparents. William McKinney, Stella Walker (Nana), and Henry Walker. Aunts; Cathy (McKinney) Ramsey, and Karen (McKinney) Cummings.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, New Brunswick. Our family would like to thank Mark Wallace and Billy Tyler for making the arrangements to bring Will back home to NB. For those unable to attend you can watch via livestream, click here
