It is with tremendous sadness the family announces the passing of Timothy Austin Morgan which occurred unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, April 3rd, 2021. Born November 5th, 1960, in Saint John, he is the son of Charles and Beverleigh (Shanks) Morgan. Timmy worked in several different trades throughout his life, but at the age of 50 he became disabled and was unable to work. He loved spending time with family and always lended a helping hand. Timmy enjoyed collecting hockey memorabilia and was an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan.
Along with his parents, Timmy is survived by his sister Shelley Hache (Jean Pierre) of Barnesville; brothers Richard Morgan (Elizabeth) of Saint John, Brenton Morgan (Lucrecia) of Calgary; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews; as well as many friends. Although Timmy never had any children of his own, he cherished the time spent with his great nieces.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). Due to the ongoing pandemic, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service for family and friends will take place in Barnesville at a later date. Donations in memory of Timmy may be made to Outflow Men’s Shelter or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
