Suzanne Faye Bovaird

With broken hearts the family of Suzanne Bovaird announce her peaceful passing on July 12, 2026, at Turnbull Nursing Home. Born in Saint John, NB, on July 31, 1952, she was a daughter of the late Douglas and Dorothy (nee. Daley) Bovaird.

Sue will be deeply missed by her children: Monica (Brad), Jacob (Sarah), Myra, and Mark (Rochel); her 16 cherished grandchildren: Ciera, Naomi, Jacob, Brock, Lincoln, Lilli, Luke, Colton, Ethan, Kylie, Jordan, Marcus, Wesleigh, Jace, Niemna, and Sophia; great-grandson Ira; brothers: Robert, Eric (Mary-anne), and Jeff; sisters Bonnie (Kevin) and Myra (Mike); as well as several nieces and nephews and her good friend Jane.

Besides her parents, Sue was predeceased by her sister Margo (Charlie) and brother James (Lisette)

She was a bright light in this world, kind and caring. She never hesitated to lend a helping hand. Her vibrant spirit and generous heart made a lasting impression.  Always looking for the next adventure there was never a dull moment. She loved spending time with her grandchildren creating fun spontaneous experiences. You could often find her walking around Saint John spending time with friends and family. She will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She is now whole, at peace, and free from pain in the loving arms of Jesus.

In respecting Suzanne’s wishes, cremation has taken place with no public visitation or services to follow. For those who wish, donations in Suzanne’s memory can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
