Sharon McCarty Obituary

It is with deep sorrow we announce the sudden passing of Sharon Anne McCarty on March 22, 2020. Born in Saint John, June 21, 1965 she was the beloved daughter of the late Harold McCarty and Theresa Irene Roy.

Sharon was feisty and street smart and knew how to seek out a bargain, she knew where to go to get all the deals.
Sharon was a dear friend to many and loved to dance and socialize. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered.

Sharon is survived by her daughters Denika McCarty and Laura McCarty (Jeff Taylor); grandsons; Dominick, Jaxon, Gabriel and Tristam; siblings, Debbie, Harold, Norman, James, Tammy; her companion James Duguay as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic there will no visitation or funeral service. A celebration of life will be announced later by the family.
Donations in Sharon’s memory can be made to the Coverdale Centre for Women or any local food bank.
