Ronald Joseph Thibodeau

With great sadness the family of Ronald Joseph Thibodeau announce his passing which occurred on December 5, 2022, at the Saint John Regional Hospital.  He was born in Saint John, January 10, 1951, to the late Benedict and Imelda (Brideau) Thibodeau.

Ron worked at various jobs over the years.  He loved being with his family, playing cards and going for his daily Tim Horton’s coffee.  He also loved to play guitar, which he did very well.

Ron is survived by his former wife, Marjorie Anne (McKim) Thibodeau, sons, Keith and Ricky, daughters, Brenda and Mindy (Tyler Moore), brother, Sylvain Thibodeau, sisters, Anna Smith (Gary) and Rita Stackhouse, grandchildren, Barbara, Dakota, Ashlynn, Peyton, great-grandson, Maverick, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents he is predeceased by his brothers, Joseph and Uldrick.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service which will take place at Ocean View Memorial Gardens on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 10:00 AM. For those wishing to attend, please arrive at Fundy Funeral Home between 9-9:30 AM to join the procession.
