Ralph Herbert London

It is with great sadness that the family of Ralph Herbert London announce his passing on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025, at the age of 95.  Ralph is the beloved husband of Margaret "Peggy" London (nee Finley).  His loss will be deeply felt by the large family he leaves behind: his children Bill (Kathy) London and Willa London, his step-children Stephen Denton, Jonathan Denton (Monette), Karen Denton and Margaret Denton, by his grandchildren Jim (Crystal), Anna (Korey), Carolyn (Ausaf), Rebecca, Daniel and Ben, his step-grandchildren Kayla (Bryant), Mandy (Shawn), Johnny (Tasha), Max, Natalie, Andrew and Matthew, and several great-grandchildren. Ralph will be dearly missed as well by his sisters Eunice (Hugh) Williston, Marion (Roger) Nesbitt and Joyce (Woody) Rippert, and many other family members and friends.  Ralph was predeceased by his first wife Myrna (nee Wheaton), his brothers Victor and Bill London, and his granddaughter Kymiah..  

In addition to being an active member of the Grand Bay Baptist Church, Ralph was a great Bible Teacher and a life-long student of the scriptures. He felt called to spread the Good News of the Gospel and for many years was a member of the Gideons. Ralph loved sailing and spent happy summers exploring the Saint John and Kennebecasis Rivers.  He was a keen sailboat racer and a Past Commodore of the RKYC. Ralph graduated from the Saint John Vocational School in 1947, worked his whole professional career at NBTel, and spent his retirement years traveling and enjoying his family on both the East and West coasts of Canada.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB (506-646-2424).  Family and friends will be received at Grand Bay Baptist Church, 77 Woolastook Drive, Grand Bay-Westfield on Monday, December 22, from 12-2 PM.  A Celebration of Life will follow in the Sanctuary on Monday at 2:00 PM.  For those that wish donations to the Grand Bay Baptist Church would be greatly appreciated by the family.
