It is with heavy hearts that the family of Paul Kenneth MacFarland announce his peaceful passing that occurred on Thursday November 3, 2022 at Bobby’s Hospice.
Paul was born in Clifton Royal, NB on October 10, 1948, and was the son of the late Donald and Edith (Sheldrick) MacFarland.
He had a long career as an Electrician with the Drydock before starting his own electrical business. He was a long-time volunteer of the Clifton Royal Fire Department and Ambulance and a member of the Legion Branch # 62. Paul was a wonderful man who was always helping others and will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Judy (Bowland) MacFarland; stepchildren James McKinnon, Scott (Heather) McKinnon, Darlene (Steven) McGrath and Jennifer (Josh) McKinnon; brother Richard MacFarland; sister Kathy (Terry) Campbell; step-grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sisters Judith Shell and Elizabeth (Rod) Ireland and sister-in-law Elaine MacFarland.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road. A Graveside Service will be held in All Saints Cemetery, Clifton Royal on Saturday November 12, 2022 at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Bobby’s Hospice.
