Patricia "Patsy" Ann (Mullett) Ellis Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Patricia "Patsy" Ann (Mullett) Ellis announce her passing which occurred on September 19, 2018 at the Saint John Regional Hospital with her family at her side. Patsy was the wife of Richard Ellis of 42 years and was born in Saint John NB on August 6, 1952. She was the daughter of the late Walter (Pat) and Gloria (Campbell) Mullett. Patsy lived for her grandchildren they were the apple of her eye. She loved to go to bingo, have a good game of scat and aggravation, watching her favourite TV shows and movies. She also liked to crochet, with many blankets and dish clothes going to family and friends. If you needed a movie to watch she had a whole library full for you to choose from.

Patsy will be deeply missed by her loving husband Richard, son Richie (Tina), daughter Jodi (Matt) Pitre and grandchildren Addison,Oliver and Zariah all of Saint John NB. Brothers Barry (Cathy) Saint John, NB Walter (Linda) Rothesay, NB and sister Sharron (Karl) Derhak of Alyesford NS. Her sister in laws Charlotte (Raymond) LeBlanc of Saint John, NB, Ruth Homuth of Ont., and Gina Ellis (Jerry Shaw) of Saint John, NB,  brothers-in-law James Ellis of Ont., David (Winnie) Ellis of Saint John, NB, and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents and sister Wendy. Father and mother-in-law George and Edna Ellis, Brothers-in-law Charles (Nancy) Ellis, Robert (Myrna) Ellis, Howard, George, Donnie and John Ellis, sisters-in-law Ella and Marjorie Ellis.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) . Visitation will be held on Wednesday October 10th from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Funeral mass to be held at St. Ann’s Church, 135 Simpson’s Drive on Thursday October 11th at 11:00 a.m.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the many Doctors and nurses for their care and compassion.Donations may be made to the Kidney foundation, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donors choice.
