It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Nora Anne Perry (Iacuele) June 19, 2026. Nora was born May 13, 1936 the middle child of 5, parents Eva Booth Ward and Antonio Anthony Iacuele. Predeceased by her loving son Donny Perry ‘Buck’ who she grieved daily, husband Donald Ira Perry, sister Edith Giggie and recently brother Tony Iacuele. She is survived by children Linda Galbraith-Baldwin, Kevin Perry (Janice) and Kim Perry. Sisters Mary Redstone and Sandra Magee, grandchildren Grant Nancy), Lauren (Rob) Caleb (Rachel), Matthew, Andrew, Ethan and Nicole (Daniel) . Great grandbabies, Macy, Wesley, Jesse, Taylor, Teegan, Milo, Olive and Anna. She enjoyed their nickname ‘Nana Moo Cow’ and adored each child immensely. She had the ability to create a special bond with each child as only she could do. Family was her life and constantly would say how blessed she was. Her kindness, compassion and humility towards others has been shown throughout the years. So many people would drop by or call just to chat. Her inner and outer beauty was a magnet to everyone she met. Her ability to retain birthdays, events, names and details of so many things were amazing. Nora was employed at Irving Refinery in the 50’s multi tasking for Canadian andUS Engineers. She never lost her skills when she became a stay at home mother, she maintained the bookkeeping, and the never ending paperwork involved in running a cattle farm. She was very interested in current events and world politics. This mother, grandmother and great grandmother was our family’s glue and we will be lost without her. Life wasn’t kind to her health wise but she forged on with determination, as she would say ‘guess I’m a tough bird’. She was on first name basis with retail owners and staff, a professional shopper. We thank the Lord she didn’t linger in pain and passed peacefully at home.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road with a private service being held on Wednesday June 24th. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. following the visitation a private family committal will be held at St. Peter’s Cemetery.
